Base:
  • 10pieces BreadBlack Borodinsky, or rye, or Riga. Half a loaf.

  1. Cut off the crusts from slices of black bread.
  2. Crumble and mash the crumb with your hands.
  3. Mash the crackers with your hands and add to the bread.

  9. Take out the herring, put it in a bowl, add the chopped onion.
  10. Add curd cheese, stir with a spoon.
