  1. Boil the rice. Chop the onion, garlic, and ginger. Cut the pineapple in half. Remove and slice the pineapple pulp.
  2. Fry the onion, garlic and ginger for 3 minutes.
  3. Add the pineapple pulp and fry for 3 minutes.
  4. Add the seafood and seasoning, and fry for 3 minutes. Add the rice and stir.
