Plum-Chocolate Terrine with Crispy Granola Recipe
I offer you a wonderful dessert, very chocolate, very plum, with a light crunch, which is given by a thick sprinkle of granola. Your children will be delighted with this taste. Cook it quickly and put it on tea.

  1. Products. The time spent by the dessert in the freezer was not taken into account.
  2. Prunes are washed (if very dry, it must be soaked in hot water, but not to the state of mush), cut into small pieces, pour brandy and leave to infuse for one hour.
  3. Melt the chocolate in a water bath.
  4. Butter is ground with one tablespoon of sugar (half of the declared portion), in a separate container, beat the yolks with the remaining sugar.
  5. Combine with the chocolate-cream-sugar mixture, mix, then add the egg yolks whipped with sugar, mix again.
  6. Then prunes infused with cognac are added to the chocolate mass. Mixed it up again.
  7. Last of all, cream whipped to soft peaks is added to the chocolate “dough”, gently mixing them.
  8. The form (I have a hard foil) is covered with a film with a margin, we pour granola on the bottom and level it.
  9. Spread the chocolate mass on top of the sprinkles, level it over the entire surface, cover with a film and send it to the freezer for at least 4 hours. When the time came, I took it out of the refrigerator, held it for 20 minutes at room temperature, turned it onto a dish so that the granola was on top, decorating the dessert, added mint leaves.
