  4. Before baking, brush each piece with a mixture of spices and put it on a baking sheet or grill.
  5. The baking time in the oven depends on the quality of the meat, the thickness of the pieces and your oven. I baked at 180 degrees for about an hour. Readiness can be checked by the outflow of transparent juice by piercing the meat with a knife.
