  1. It is advisable to take pork loin on the bone with fat, so it will be juicier and tastier. Wash the meat, dry it well with a paper towel. We put it in a bowl where our meat will be marinated.
  2. In a small bowl, mix honey, crushed garlic, soy sauce, favorite spices for meat, lemon juice, salt to taste. You can also add 1 tsp of mustard to the marinade.
  3. Thoroughly lubricate the meat with marinade, leave it to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4-5 hours. It’s better at night.
  4. Cut the onion into half rings, put it in a baking dish. Spread the pickled meat on top of the onion. Cover tightly with foil, bake at a temperature of 200 degrees for 40 minutes.
  5. Then remove the foil, pour the resulting juice over the meat, bake for another 10 minutes. The loin is very easy to dry, so during baking without foil, the meat should be poured with melted fat 1-2 times.
  6. When serving, pour the juice over the meat again and put the onion on the meat.
