Pork Ribs with Potatoes Recipe
Pork ribs baked in the oven with potatoes. If the ribs are correspondingly thinner, then reduce the cooking time or temperature. The recipe is still on trial, you can adjust it! During cooking, they are watered with broth several times.

  1. Wash the pork ribs and cut them between the bones.
  2. Prepare the dressing: squeeze out the garlic, add 2 tbsp sunflower oil, add ground pepper and tbsp salt. Add 1 tbsp soy sauce. Mix well.
  3. Pork ribs are rubbed with seasoning and put in the refrigerator for 40-50 minutes .
  4. Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cut them into halves.
  5. I use a glass oven mold. Pour 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil on the bottom and chop.
  6. Place the potatoes in a glass mold with the slice facing down.
  7. Put pork ribs on top of the potatoes.
  8. Put it in the oven and preheat to 200 degrees.
  9. After 50 minutes, turn the edges over and cook for another 30 minutes. If you have a grill, then after 70 min. turn over and turn on the grill for 10-15 minutes.
  10. The dish is ready. Set the table.
