  1. Separate the skin from the meat.
  2. Cut before reaching the end.
  3. Expand (like a book). Make not deep incisions. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Finely chop the greens and spread them on the meat.
  5. Cut the garlic into small cubes and also put it on the meat.
  6. Finely chop the bell pepper and spread it over the entire surface.
  7. Finely chop the figs, too. Sprinkle on the meat.
