Wash the pork legs well, scrape off dirt, and soak in cold water for a couple of hours.
Pour water into the pan, so that it covers the legs. Put on fire and cook on low heat for 1.5-2 hours.
For flavor, put carrots, celery and onions in the broth. To taste, you can put hot pepper, Bay leaf, allspice.
How much to cook depends on the legs themselves. But remember that we don't need them to completely boil! They should be soft, but they didn't fall apart!
Get the legs, cool. Cut on one side and carefully unfold. Pull out all the bones.
Spread out in an even layer on the food film.
Season with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle with chopped garlic and parsley.
Put the filling. I have a boiled egg and a boiled carrot.
The filling can be any: mushrooms, Korean carrots, fried vegetables, etc.
Roll it up carefully. Put it in a convenient container and put a small load on top.
Allow to cool and freeze in the refrigerator.
