Put the rice to cook, do not salt.
Wash the meat, dry it, and cut it.
In vegetable oil, fry the meat,
over medium heat, for 5 minutes.
Put the onion, cut into half rings.
Fry for another 5-7 minutes, over medium heat.
Stir constantly.
Add paprika and hot red pepper, to your taste.
Stir and fry for another 5 minutes.
Wash the arrows, cut into pieces,
add to the meat. Add salt.
Pour in 50 ml. of boiling water, close the lid, and simmer for 10 minutes.
Remove the lid, let it sit for 5 minutes over medium heat.
Serve with boiled rice, sprinkled with fried sesame seeds.
