Put the rice to cook, do not salt.

Fry for another 5-7 minutes, over medium heat.
Stir constantly.
Add paprika and hot red pepper to your taste.
Stir and fry for another 5 minutes.
Wash the arrows, cut them into pieces, and
add them to the meat. Salt.
Pour in 50 ml of boiling water, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes.
Remove the lid and let it simmer for 5 minutes over medium heat.
Serve with boiled rice, sprinkled with fried sesame seeds.
