  1. Boil potatoes (3 pieces) in a uniform. Cool, peel and grate on a medium grater.
  2. To boiled potatoes add grated raw potatoes, peeled grated Apple – this is our secret. Add the egg, flour, salt and all the spices. Stir.
  3. Cut the ham or ham into small pieces.
  4. Put the potato mass in a form greased with sunflower oil, sprinkle with sliced boiled pork or ham.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180g for 35-40 minutes or until tender.
  6. Beautiful, flavorful and very tasty!
