Potato Pie “Three Cheeses” Recipe
The presented potato pie, cooked in a slow cooker, will serve as an interesting treat for the whole family. It turns out to be satisfying, tasty, tender, with a slight piquant shade.

Instructions
Wash potatoes and carrots, peel and grate on a fine grater. Add the egg and salt. Mix it.
Sift the flour and mix. Then add the vegetable oil and mix again.
Insert the grill panels into the slow cooker. On the bottom panel, distribute the potato mass.
Close the slow cooker and turn it on.
Cook for 12-15 minutes. depending on the thickness of the cake. I got 3 pieces.
Transfer the pie to a plate.
Mix sour cream (or mayonnaise) with garlic squeezed through a press. Oil the first cake.
Grate the feta on top.
Then lay out the second cake, smear with sour cream and garlic. Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
Put the third cake on top. We lubricate and distribute the curd cheese again, I squeezed it out through a pastry syringe. And garnish with olives.
The finished cake can be served to the table. The pie turns out to be very tender, tasty and fragrant.
