Ingredients

Potato

Dutch cheese

Cherry tomatoes
Onion red

Mustard

Greens
(green onions, parsley or celery)
Instructions
Boil the potatoes in salted water, cool and cut into medium cubes.
Cut the cheese into small cubes and add to the potatoes.
Wash the greens, dry them, chop them finely, add them to the salad bowl. Also chop the red onion.
Mix olive oil, mustard and nutmeg.
Season the salad and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Serve chilled. Garnish with cherry tomatoes.
Festive or portion serving is possible. It must be cooled in a serving ring. garnish with slices of cherry tomatoes and herbs.
