Mayonnaise

Instructions
Boil potatoes in the uniform. Peel and slice at random.
Put the potatoes on a large plate.
On top of the potatoes, put the cherry tomatoes cut in half and the olives cut into circles.
In a separate bowl, mash the tuna with a fork. Do not drain the oil. Put on top of the salad.
Wash the parsley, dry it and slice it. Place on top of the tuna.
Peel the eggs and cut them into quarters Put on parsley.
In a separate bowl, mix the olive oil, mustard, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
Pour the sauce over the salad, mix gently and serve immediately.
