Potato Tongues Recipe
I suggest to diversify our menu of side dishes a little and cook potatoes with bell peppers, tomatoes and cheese. A delicious option for every day and for a festive table.

Instructions
Cut the potatoes into thin slices.
Carefully make oblique incisions so as not to cut the potatoes to the end and get squares.
Cover the baking sheet with baking paper. Arrange the potatoes. Salt to taste. Brush with sunflower oil.
In a small bowl, mix the tomato paste, tomato sauce (I have a homemade tomato adjika this time), paprika, pepper and 2 tsp sunflower oil.
Grease the potatoes with the resulting mixture.
Pepper cut into small cubes. Sprinkle on the potatoes.
Finely chop the onion and send it to the potatoes on top of the red pepper.
Cut tomatoes into cubes. Spread the pepper and onion on top.
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and sprinkle on top of the vegetables.
Place in a preheated 180° oven for 20 minutes.
Focus on your oven. The potato tongues are ready.
Bon Appetit!
