Peel the potatoes and boil them in salted water for 15 minutes.
Cut the cooked potatoes into slices.
Peel the peppers and cut them into small cubes.
Cut green onions into rings.
Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Mix cream with eggs, season with herbs of Provence, salt, pepper and mix thoroughly.
Put 1/3 of the potatoes in a greased split form.
Sprinkle 1/3 of the vegetables and cheese, pour 1/3 of the egg-cream mass.
Then lay out the remains of potatoes, vegetables, cheese in layers, pour the remaining egg-cream mass.
Bake in the oven for 60 minutes.
If necessary, cover the "cake" with foil.
Ready-made cake to decorate as desired or leave as is. It's already beautiful!
