  1. Finely chop the garlic and cut the leeks into thin half-rings.
  2. In a saucepan with a thick bottom, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, put the leeks and garlic, and fry until transparent.
  3. Pour in the ptitim, stir, pour in the wine and let it soak completely, stirring all the time. Then pour in the vegetable stock, add salt and simmer until tender, about 15 minutes.
  4. Dip the pike perch fillet in a paper towel, season with salt and pepper.
  5. Put the fillets in a hot pan and fry in vegetable oil on both sides until Golden brown.
  6. Serve ptitim pasta with fried pike perch, garnished with a sprig of rosemary. Bon Appetit!
