I looked at this recipe on an English-language resource that publishes quick video recipes. And it looked so delicious and simple that I immediately wanted to try to cook. The result met all expectations, it turned out to be a beautiful and delicious snack, perfect for any drink or soup.
Take the dough out of the bag, smooth it out (it’s easier to use a square-shaped dough, but I only have a round one) and lubricate with egg.
Lightly sprinkle with sweet paprika and your favorite cheese.
Sprinkle the rolling pin with flour and roll the cheese in the dough.
Cut the dough into flat strips.
Fold each strip in half lengthwise (as if you have already done it 2 times) and twist it with a flagellum (or spiral).
These are the flagella that should be.
Wrap each flagellum in a slice of bacon (I have already cut it into thin strips). Lightly brush the resulting sticks with egg, sprinkle with spices (for example, rosemary) and sesame seeds and send them to a preheated oven for about 20 minutes.
When the flagella are well browned and the bacon is fried, you can take the dish out of the oven. Here is a delicious snack for soup, beer or wine, we did it!
