  1. Pour the smoked pork ribs with water and cook for 40 minutes. Remove the finished ribs from the pan, separate the meat from the bones and cut into pieces. Throw away the dice.
  2. Cut the smoked meat into small cubes.
  3. Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes. Add the potatoes to the broth and cook until almost done.
  4. Peel the onion and carrot. Finely chop the onion, grate the carrots on a medium grater. Fry the onion in sunflower oil until soft, add the carrots and fry. Add a couple of tablespoons of water, cover the pan and simmer over medium heat until tender. Add smoked meats and meat with ribs, stir and fry. Then add the entire contents of the pan to the pot with the potatoes.
  5. Wash the lentils and add them to the pan. Red lentils are cooked very quickly, just a few minutes.
  6. Add salt to the soup to taste. Adjust the amount of liquid to your liking, depending on whether you want a thick soup or not. Bring the soup to readiness, add finely chopped parsley, boil for one minute.
