Cut the meat into small pieces. Send in a saucepan with a thick bottom, add vegetable oil, a little salt. Simmer in its own juice under a closed lid until ready, periodically adding a little water, so as not to burn.
Onions, carrots, peppers, garlic finely chop. When the pan with meat boils liquid, add vegetables, stir and cook for about 2 minutes.
Add potatoes, diced and pre-washed red lentils. Pour 1l of boiling water (quantity of liquid, adjust to your taste depending on what thickness you prefer to obtain the result), cook on low heat under a lid until almost cooked potatoes.
Cabbage are cut in a random way, add to the pot 5 minutes before the potatoes are done. Cook for about 5-7 minutes. Add your favorite spices, add salt if required.
