It happens that you buy a watermelon, but it is not sweet. I offer you an unusually delicious and refreshing salad with watermelon, cherry and arugula, seasoned with a spicy dressing. For baking – just a great dish.

  1. Cut the watermelon into pieces, then cut it into squares with sides ~ 1.5 cm.
  2. Choose the dice. we put it in a salad bowl, where we will then prepare the salad, and put it in the freezer for 15 minutes to cool it down.
  3. Preparing the refueling. Mix olive oil, balsamic and squeezed lemon juice, add salt to taste and mix.
  4. Remove the watermelon slices from the freezer and pour them over the entire dressing. Mix other vegetables as well. Cut the onion into thin half rings.
  5. Leave the small arugula leaves intact, tear the large ones smaller. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. We send everything to the salad bowl. Mix and smooth, if it seemed, add a little salt and pepper if desired.
  6. I will serve the salad individually in beautiful whiskey glasses. The salad is ready, and vegetarians don’t need anything else.
  7. I’ll serve mozzarella salad with the salads. Just put a few cubes of this cheese on top. Serve immediately while the watermelon is still cold.
