  1. Chop the ribs into pieces, wash.
  2. Peel the potatoes, cut them into 2 parts, if large – into 4.
  3. Put the ribs and potatoes in a deep dish. Add mustard, salt, mayonnaise, garlic passed through the press, allspice, basil to them. Mix well.
  4. We spread it on a baking sheet and send it to a preheated oven to 200 degrees. Bake for 40 minutes. It is advisable to mix once.
