I suggest you prepare a delicious and hearty lunch for the whole family. Juicy and melting in the mouth ribs in an interesting sauce with potatoes on the side. There is certainly no one can remain indifferent, especially the strong half. Love this sauce, marinate chicken, meat and even potatoes before baking, but not only pickling, but also to serve the dish on the table. In sauce I used to add grated Apple to the puree, but you can take the ready-made Apple puree. Hot peppers can be replaced with paprika, if you like sweeter. After cooking, the sauce is perfectly stored in the fridge.
The ribs cut into portions. Choose the ribs as you like, fatter or's lean.
Prepare the ingredients for the sauce. You can of course add any spices to your taste, but it seems to me that the taste is so rich and saturated and does not require something else.
Mix all the ingredients in a saucepan. The Apple and the garlic to turn into a puree or to add a ready (e.g. baby food from the jar). Add sugar to taste, try, we just love sweet so I put more. No need to salt, because we have soy sauce .
Add water and put on fire, stirring to cook for 15-20 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Sauce put to cool, add 2-3 spoons with ribs and leave for an hour.
Then spread the ribs on a baking sheet, pre-peeled and chopped potatoes, which we also smeared with sauce. Send bake in the oven 200C for 45 minutes, then turn the ribs over and bake until Golden brown. Potatoes will also be ready by this time.
