  1. Prepare the ingredients for the recipe. Boil rice (salt water, 1.5 cups. take 3 packs of rice. Remove the meat from the leg, scroll through the meat grinder (I only cut with a knife), salt, pepper, add a little spices. Fry the minced meat, add a little grated cheese, mix thoroughly and cool.
  2. Take 2 tablespoons of rice, squeeze it a little in your hand and, having made a recess in the mass, put the filling there.
  3. Form a ball, dip it in an egg and pan in breadcrumbs.
  4. Fry in vegetable (odorless) or butter. Our rice balls (about 15-17 pieces) are ready!
