Ingredients
Potato balls:
- 1 kg Potatoes
- 2 pieces Chicken eggs
- 200 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- Seasoning to taste
Gravy:
- 1 piece Onion large
- 3 cloves garlic
- 100 gram Butter
- 2 tablespoons Tomato paste
- 60 gram Cheese hard
- 500 ml Water
- Seasoning to taste

Instructions
- Peel potatoes and boil in salted water, drain the water.
- Mash potatoes.
- Add eggs, salt, pepper flour (I have half the norm in the photo).
- Good all knead.
- From the resulting potato mass sculpt balls (hands slightly in flour) the size is not very large, because when cooking they will increase).
- In parallel, prepare the sauce: Chopped onion and squeezed through a press of garlic, fry in butter.
- Add tomato paste.
- Fry of few minutes.
- Pour in the water, a little salt and spices can be added (with salt gently) (I add a pinch of sugar)
- All the while stirring bring to a boil.
- Add grated cheese.
- Simmer on low heat for 5 minutes until the cheese melts.
- Back to our balls: the Balls are lowered into boiling salted water. Cook on low heat until they pop up (it's fast). Fold in a colander. (or take out a slotted spoon, letting the water drain)
- The gravy is ready pour into a deep dish.
- And now the balls are lowered into the gravy.
- Balloons are ready. It is very important to serve them with this sauce.
