Boil the rice in lightly salted water until tender. Peel the beans. Wash, peel and finely chop the vegetables.
Fry finely chopped onions, mushrooms, celery and tomatoes peeled from seeds.
Add the beans, grated peeled piece of ginger, finely chopped garlic.
Add the rice, season with salt and pepper and warm up for a few minutes. Add a tablespoon of teriyaki sauce, finely chopped chili pepper to taste. Serve with your favorite herbs.
I served it with chicken fillet cut into thin strips and fried until golden brown.
