Mushrooms cut into plates. Heat the pan, add olive oil and fry the mushrooms with zucchini for about 5 minutes.
Red pepper cut into strips. And add to the fried mushrooms and zucchini. Stir and add the soy sauce, simmer for another 7 minutes. At the end add the finely chopped ginger, about a teaspoon. And simmer until ready for another 2 minutes.
On the side I took the rice, 2 bags. Cook it as written on the package. Then be sure to rinse with water.
We put our zucchini mushrooms on top of the rice and serve with a salad, I have radish.
