Before cooking, I like to fry rice a little in vegetable oil.
Then pour in the water in a ratio of 2:1 and cook the rice until the water boils. In the process of cooking, add salt.
In a large frying pan, fry the onion with diced bell pepper in vegetable oil for a couple of minutes.
