I offer you a delicious pork meat in a wonderful, fragrant marinade. Orange is not only a bright and flavorful fruit, but also a great addition to meat, especially pork. The meat turns out very tasty, tender, it is impossible to tear yourself away from it. It is advisable to take citrus fruits with sourness. I specify the cooking time without marinating.
Prepare the marinade. Mix together the orange and lemon juice, add the balsamic and apple cider vinegar. Then add the olive oil, salt and pepper mixture, and mix well. Add cranberry jam, honey, garlic pressed through a press, mix everything again.
Pour the marinade over the meat and put it in the refrigerator for at least two hours, turning it over in the process.
Preheat the grill pan. Remove the marinade from the meat so that it does not burn and fry on medium heat from 2 sides until ready, over low heat.
Transfer to a plate and cover, so that the meat juice is well distributed over the meat.
Brush the pan with oil, spread the rings and pieces of orange on it, warm it up, turning it over.
Serve the meat on orange rings, and arrange the pieces on top of the meat. Boil the remaining marinade and pour over the meat.
