That’s why I decided to share with you my tender, juicy roll and my most delicious signature filling – strawberry ganache, which tastes like ice cream with strawberries. it’s very tasty.

Instructions
  1. Beat eggs with sugar using a whipping nozzle in a food processor.
  2. Add all the dry ingredients, vegetable oil and dye to the combine, mix everything using the whipping nozzle in the combine.
  3. Place the silicone mat on a baking sheet, pour the mass on it and bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
  4. Remove from the oven, cover with baking paper, remove the baking sheet, wrap in paper and cool.
  5. For the strawberry ganache, heat the cream with strawberry puree, but not to a boil, and pour over the chocolate. Mix everything properly into a homogeneous mass, you can grind it with an immersion blender. Put it in the refrigerator for stabilization for 8 hours.
  6. The prepared mixture is whipped in a food processor.
  7. Unwrap the roll and spread with strawberry ganache.
  8. Roll into a roll and decorate to your liking.
