Salad “Frigate” Recipe
Tender, juicy, bright salad. Yummy! Very easy to prepare. And if you prepare all the ingredients in advance, then you will need no more than fifteen minutes for everything about everything.

  1. Cut half of a large onion very finely and pour lemon juice over it.
  2. Pre-boiled potatoes and carrots cut into cubes. Carrots are smaller, potatoes are slightly larger.
  3. Chop the eggs. Do not chop the fish coarsely. You can use any salted red fish.
  4. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, horseradish. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Put all the ingredients in a large bowl (drain the liquid with the onion), add the chopped dill, season the salad with sauce, mix well. You’re finished!
