Peel and finely chop the onion. Cut the bell pepper into strips. Wash the pears and peel them.
Cut the pears into small cubes, add the squeezed garlic, a pinch of black pepper, ready-made mustard and sprinkle with lemon juice. Mix well and leave aside for 15 minutes.
I added ready-made mustard "with honey". If you do not have such mustard, then you can put 1/2 tsp of honey.
In a separate bowl, combine canned beans, pickled pears, onions, bell peppers and boiled eggs, cut into cubes.
Add mayonnaise, salt to taste and mix.
The salad was juicy, fresh and delicious!
Put the salad on a platter and sprinkle with chopped dill.
