  1. Today, along with the salad, I serve rice in serving bags.
  2. Boil for 15 minutes in salted water. When it’s ready, take out the bag with a fork, carefully open it, put the rice on a plate.
  3. In the meantime, you need to chop cucumbers, cabbage and celery.
  4. Mix all the vegetables in a bowl. Put the olives cut into halves. Season with oil and lemon juice, salt to taste and pepper. Add greens if desired.
