Salad “Simple” Recipe
A simple and healthy salad of red beans, green apple and red onion. Very easy to prepare.

  1. Soak the dark red beans for 3-4 hours, I soaked them overnight. In the morning, boil until tender.
  2. Put the cold beans in a bowl. Add red onion to the beans, cut into thin half rings.
  3. Apple, peeled from seeds and peel, cut into strips.
  4. For dressing, mix vegetable oil, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, lemon juice and pour into the salad. Mix well.
  5. Put the finished salad on a lettuce leaf and sprinkle with finely chopped green onions.
