Salad “Vitamin Assorted” Recipe
In the rainy and gray autumn, I propose a vitamin salad to raise immunity! There is also sauerkraut, which is known to be rich in vitamin C, and beetroot, which has a lot of advantages!

Instructions
We will collect the vegetables we need. Boil the beets, potatoes and carrots separately until tender.
Cut everything into small cubes: carrots, beets, potatoes and fresh cucumber.
Cut the leek into thin oblique rings.
Combine everything in a large bowl. Add sauerkraut. At this stage, season the salad with salt and pepper.
Mix everything carefully.
Arrange the salad on serving plates, pour mayonnaise “Makheev” and garnish with green olives with herbs. You can serve it in one large salad bowl.
