  1. I recommend that you boil the chicken and mushrooms (cook together) and cut into plates.
  2. Take the asparagus, which I have frozen, and cut into “sticks” about 5 cm long. Boil for a couple of minutes in boiling water. Asparagus should remain slightly crispy.
  3. Immediately flip it into a colander and pour cold water, then it will remain green. Dry with a paper towel.
  4. Prepare a fragrant dressing. Take sunflower oil, add lemon juice, salt, red hot and ground black pepper, dry ginger, ground coriander and nutmeg.
  5. Take the arugula, wash it, dry it with a towel, pour half of the filling and mix.
  6. Add arugula, mushrooms and cherry tomatoes cut in half to the chicken. Mix it.
  7. Take a serving plate, lay out the salad, put the “sticks” of asparagus on top. Pour over the remaining dressing and serve.
