I offer a simple and quick salad with mozzarella, tomatoes and avocado. The salad is light, dietary, juicy. If you have regular tomatoes, cut them into cubes.

  1. In serving glasses, put a layer of mozzarella, pick basil leaves.
  2. Cut the tomatoes into halves. Put it on the cheese. Add salt, pepper, and olive oil.
  3. Mash the avocado with a fork and sprinkle with lemon juice.
  4. Put it on the tomatoes.
  5. Garnish the salad with parsley sprigs.
