Put the eggplant and pepper in the oven to bake for 30 minutes.

When the cod is ready, remove it from the pan.
There’s some delicious sauce left in the pan. You can beat it up a little more using a fork or strainer if it’s not quite homogeneous.
The peppers and eggplants were baked. Now they need to be cleaned.
Cut into thin strips, add salt, pepper and vinegar. Leave to marinate for 15-30 minutes.
Place lettuce leaves on a plate in the center.
Then put the eggplant and pepper around.
Put the cod on top, broken into small pieces.
Pour over the sauce.
