  1. Fresh mushrooms wipe with a napkin, remove dirt, you can remove the upper skin from the hat. Cut them into slices. Add salt, sugar, and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Stir. Mushrooms absorb salt and sugar well, so taste it. Leave for 5-7 minutes.
  2. Cut the sweet onion into feathers and add to the mushrooms. Stir.
  3. Delicious and juicy tomatoes cut as you like (I cut into slices) and add to the salad. Pour over unrefined sunflower oil. Carefully mix the contents of the salad bowl. Add a little salt.
  4. Dry pine nuts in the microwave or in a dry pan until light yellow. Make sure they don’t burn!
