Salad with Jam Sauce Recipe
I try to cook salads with lots of fresh herbs and come up with various dressings for a variety of tastes. One of the last interesting experiments was the sauce of blackcurrant jam. The salad with it turned out very tasty.

Instructions
  1. Prepare the sauce with jam. Mix all the sauce ingredients and boil over low heat 2 times until thickened.
  2. Rub the sauce through a sieve.
  3. Cut the breast into long thin strips, pour 1 tbsp soy sauce and leave to marinate for 15 minutes.
  4. Fry the breast in vegetable oil for 2 minutes on each side.
  5. Cucumbers cut into cubes. Cut the lettuce leaves and sorrel into large pieces, cut the onion and radish into slices, defrost the cherries a little.
  6. Mix the chilled chicken with all the salad ingredients.
  7. Put a ring out of cucumber slices, put a salad in it, decorate with a quail egg. Serve it in a saucepan with jam sauce.
