I try to cook salads with lots of fresh herbs and come up with different dressings for a variety of flavors. One of the last interesting experiments was the sauce of blackcurrant jam. Salad with it turned out very tasty.

  1. Prepare jam sauce. Mix all the ingredients of the sauce and boil over low heat 2 times until thick.
