When I decided to make this salad, I was sincerely glad that greens and salads can be bought at any time of the year. It helps to diversify the table, and just gives pleasure. Recommend. Simple and delicious.

Instructions
Products for making salad dressing. I used Dijon mustard, but if you don’t have it, you can use any other.
Put all the ingredients for the dressing in a bowl and whisk with a blender until smooth.
And this is the vegetable component of the salad.
Tear the lettuce leaves with your hands, cut the tomatoes into thin slices, onions into four parts, and then as thin as possible.
Mix the prepared vegetables.
Fill the vegetables with dressing (leave a couple of spoons) and mix.
Brush the dish with the remaining dressing.
And then lay out the salad.
