  1. Cut the pitted avocado into half rings, sprinkle with lemon juice, and add salt. Cut the persimmon in half and cut into slices. Cut the cucumber crosswise, cut both parts into long strips. Cut the onion into half rings. Peel the quail eggs and cut each in half lengthwise. cut the crab sticks into slices about 2 cm thick.
  2. There are two options for serving: the first is to spread lettuce leaves on a flat dish, with layers of prepared ingredients on top. The second method, I prepared it this way, in a salad bowl we tear the lettuce leaves into small pieces, lay out layers of crab sticks, cucumbers, persimmons, onions, avocado, herbs, eggs.
  3. For the dressing, combine all the ingredients: oil, vinegar, soy sauce and honey, salt and pepper to taste, mix well. Pour the salad dressing, mix and serve. The salad is prepared just before serving, if you prepare it in advance, it will flow. You can prepare all the ingredients, and then combine them.
