Salad with Pesto Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

(3 tbsp grate on a fine grater, the rest-large thin plates)

Instructions
Put the washed and dried basil, pine nuts, 3 tbsp grated parmesan, garlic and 1/3 olive oil in the blender bowl. Whisk the sauce well.
Tear iceberg lettuce leaves into large pieces with your hands and add cherry tomatoes, cut in half.
Cut the mushrooms into slices, pour lemon juice. Mix gently.
Add the mushrooms to the salad.
Now add a mixture of different types of salad.
Add the parmesan, grated with thin plates. Spread the salad sauce, pre-mixing it with the remaining 1/3 cup of butter.
Gently mix the salad with your hands.
Cut the bacon into small pieces and fry.
Put it on a paper towel to drain excess fat.
Sprinkle the salad with bacon slices and serve to the table!
