Salad with potatoes, mushrooms and baked garlic. In the post you can not do without potatoes. We were pleasantly surprised by the salad with baked garlic, fragrant, with a rich taste of greens, hearty and delicious.
Boil potatoes in a uniform, peel and cut into large slices. Even better, if the potatoes are baked in the oven.
At the garlic heads, cut off the lower part a little, put it in a small baking dish, pour in a glass of wine, add sugar and put it in a preheated 200 * oven for 15-20 minutes.
The recipe offered dry red wine, I used dry white wine.
Mushrooms can be any. Wipe the mushrooms with a napkin and chop them, preferably coarsely. Peel the onion and cut it into half rings.
Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a frying pan, fry the onion, add the mushrooms and cook until tender.
At the end, add soy sauce, which harmonizes well with mushrooms.
Wash, dry, chop the greens in a bowl with a blender, pour in vegetable oil and add salt and pepper to taste.
Mix potatoes with herbs. We can say that this is a ready-made dish, delicious, fresh, but we go further.
Add mushrooms, baked garlic to the potatoes, align to taste, and the salad is ready.
