  1. Boil potatoes in a uniform, peel and cut into large slices. Even better, if the potatoes are baked in the oven.
  2. At the garlic heads, cut off the lower part a little, put it in a small baking dish, pour in a glass of wine, add sugar and put it in a preheated 200 * oven for 15-20 minutes. The recipe offered dry red wine, I used dry white wine.
  3. Mushrooms can be any. Wipe the mushrooms with a napkin and chop them, preferably coarsely. Peel the onion and cut it into half rings.
  4. Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a frying pan, fry the onion, add the mushrooms and cook until tender.
  5. At the end, add soy sauce, which harmonizes well with mushrooms.
  6. Wash, dry, chop the greens in a bowl with a blender, pour in vegetable oil and add salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Mix potatoes with herbs. We can say that this is a ready-made dish, delicious, fresh, but we go further.
  8. Add mushrooms, baked garlic to the potatoes, align to taste, and the salad is ready.
