  1. Pepper, onion and celery cut into small cubes, cherry tomatoes cut into halves.
  2. Peel the shrimps and either cut them into slices, or use them whole, adding them to vegetables (leave a few shrimps with tails for decoration). Shrimps can be bought ready-made, or you can pickle them yourself by mixing them with garlic, chopped herbs, lemon juice and vegetable oil.
  3. Mix the ingredients for the dressing, pour it into the salad, mix. Arrange the salad on serving plates or glasses and garnish with whole shrimp.
