Cut the avocado, taking out the bone and all the pulp with a spoon, peel the mango and cut into slices.
I wash the peeled ready-made shrimp, cherry tomatoes and cut everything.
Mix everything together with finely chopped lettuce leaves, green onions, parsley and mayonnaise mixed with mustard and lime juice. Season with salt and pepper.
I spread the salad in avocado shells on the lettuce leaves. Garnish with tomatoes and mango slices.
