  1. We defrost the shrimps, clean them from the shell, leaving the heads, do not tear them off (and do not clean them), that is, we clean only the tails. Simply so. Lightly salt the shrimp.
  2. For the marinade, squeeze the juice from the orange halves.
  3. Add grated ginger.
  4. Grated lime zest.
  5. And squeeze the juice out of half a lime.
  6. Add cognac.
  7. And 1 teaspoon of sugar. Mix everything well.
  8. Pour the marinade over the shrimp. Leave to marinate for an hour.
  9. For the salad, cut the cucumber (in thin slices).
  10. Bulgarian pepper, cut into strips.
  11. And a tomato, some pretty big slices. Stir, add salt – to taste.
  12. Wash and dry the rocket.
  13. To refuel, squeeze the juice from the second half of the orange. Chop the pulp.
  14. Add the juice from the second half of the lime.
  15. Balsamic vinegar.
  16. And 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
  17. Add the remaining sugar.
  18. Everything is well mixed.
  19. Pour olive oil (1 tbsp.l.) into a well-heated frying pan and put the shrimp (without marinade). Fry them.
  20. Pour over the marinade.
  21. And set it on fire. Unfortunately, I can only see fire in such a place as in the photo. Everything happens fast, you should have had time, that’s how it happened.
  22. Serve the salad in portions. Put the arugula on a plate.
  23. Pour the dressing over the vegetables.
  24. Sprinkle with grated cheese. I have a hard, goat, spicy and spicy, but you can have any sharp, hard. And chopped cashew nuts. Put the shrimp (3 pieces per serving) and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
