Cut the zucchini thinly, fry in the oven on the grill on both sides.
Put the finished zucchini on a plate and brush with a mixture of: crushed garlic + bitter pepper + salt to taste.
Peel fresh peas, add finely chopped basil leaves and mint (several pieces), put zucchini and season with sauce: apple cider vinegar + olive oil.
Mix everything and let it brew for 20 minutes.
