I generally love all zucchini, a very tender and healthy vegetable. Very easy to prepare salad.

  1. Cut the zucchini thinly, fry in the oven on the grill on both sides.
  2. Put the finished zucchini on a plate and brush with a mixture of: crushed garlic + bitter pepper + salt to taste.
  3. Peel fresh peas, add finely chopped basil leaves and mint (several pieces), put zucchini and season with sauce: apple cider vinegar + olive oil. Mix everything and let it brew for 20 minutes.
  4. Ready.
