Fresh, fragrant salad of lightly salted salmon with mustard dressing. Such light salads are always in demand on the New Year’s table, and they are prepared very quickly.
For cooking, we immediately take a plate (dish) in which we will serve the salad. I have half the norm in my photo. Lettuce leaves are washed, dried, torn (or sliced), spread on a plate.
Next, lay out the rings of fresh cucumber.
Lightly salted salmon, I have pink salmon, cut into fillets, cut into thin slices, put on top.
Next, lay out slices of boiled chicken egg or halves of quail eggs.
Prepare the dressing. Mix olive oil, lemon juice, salt, sugar and mustard with cereals. Pour the dressing over the salad.
Sprinkle with green onion feathers, chopped dill or parsley and freshly ground white pepper on top.
